Do Not Disturb was my student film/senior thesis at the Cleveland Institute of Art. Following the story of Cameron, an insecure, awkward, and aspiring fashion designer, this tells the tale of his battle with burnout and his inability to accept help from those closest to him. The story paralleled what I was facing at the time and helped me overcome it in order to create this.

Character rigs of Cameron and Thomas in Toon Boom Harmony. It was my first time using the bone tool and making these kinds of puppet rigs. I really wanted to push myself and try something nobody else was when making my senior thesis.

Finished backgrounds. I really wanted to lean into how nerdy Cameron was. He’s a teenager, after all.

For posterity, here are all the different posters found in Cameron’s room. They’re comprised of references to different pop culture IPs, streamers, and, of course, my professors.
